its not so much saving time but my colleague runs the weekly payroll but not the monthly payroll so therefore we would not want them to have access to monthly payslips. we have not overcome it.

If a report could be generated to say who is onboard and who isn't this would save a huge amount of time.

We don't have a server to save documents or systems, only have Teams for documents and most systems we use are on the web. Colleagues can't access Payroll as it's on my laptop, if it was cloud based then they could.
