Payment summary part 1 and 2 appear differently after the update, can the pre-update version be available in reports

It would be useful so that when you run reports to calculate gender pay for instance accurate FTE data will be presented and not just what you have to put in the system for them to be paid that amount.

if i have done a back up and them quit the program, why am i asked to back up, when i have already done so? Cant the system know that there hasnt been any changes since the last back up, so i dont need to do a redundant back up?

When we do a back up, can it be automatically uploaded to the cloud?
