We have been using Ebanking for a number of years. Our Payroll Clerk has recently had their PC replaced, and the Log number has reverted to Zero. So now, the ebanking file won't upload to our banking software as it says the file has been duplicated. We need to access the Log numbers so that we can amend it past the previously used numbers. We are able to work around by manually editing the file details, but this isn't ideal. The edit can only be done by myself, and there is a risk that we might corrupt the file, and then have to manually key in the BACS details which would take several hours.
