At the moment Sage Payroll only supports a resolution of 1024 x 768.
This is XGA resolution and is archaic. I haven't operated a computer with such a low resolution for over 20 years.
My current 4K monitors support 3840 x 2160 and I'm guessing that lots of other users' monitors are similar, but certainly higher than 1024 x 768.
Please Sage update your programme so that it can avail itself of the enhanced resolutions.
At the moment, the usability is dreadful, with boxes missing, text overlapping, unable to see certain date entry points etc.
Sage's answer to the problem is set your resolution to 1024 x 768. Well, frankly, that is not good enough.
I first raised this problem with Sage over 4 years ago and I was told that they had no future plans to upgrade the program to sort this problem out.
Well it is now about time that you do sort it out for the benefit of your customers.
