married status - more and more employees started using the term Partnered/In partnership. Civil Partnership term is now obsolete?
Title - not every lady to be Miss, Mrs or Ms , some people would rather not say
Gender - not everyone is Female or Male
By having pre-selected menu that doesn't go with the times sooner or later we are going to unwittingly offend someone.
