Currently we are relying on manually ticking this flag and in addition we have to ensure the box is ticked by using Global Changes and ensuring this check is applied to all staff. With it being a manual system it is open to errors and can be a considerable cost to employers where these errors occur. If this was automated it would take away any doubt that the flag hasn't been ticked and ensure that all staff will receive the correct amount of minimum wage.
