Legislation states 4 weeks of annual leave should be paid at a rate that includes basic rate + average bonus + average overtime. BUT ONLY FOR 20 DAYS - some people have more than the statutory 20 day entitlement.
When that pay element of holiday rate has reached the 20 day limit, do not let further amounts be added to that element.
