The P32, and other fixed standard reports, do not allow editing in the Report Designer. This means you can't add a fixed or variable password to the pdf which is produced when you export the report. I can use a pdf editor to add a password manuall...

this feature would be useful as i dont need glasses but the text on payroll and accounts is very small on the screen and there is no way to increase it unlike other programs this does cause unnecessary eye strain.

Spoke to sage a couple of times about this and hear they're working on it but not actually heard the outcome. Being able to zoom in and/or change text size would benefit a lot of people

I've been told by the Sage helpdesk that there is functuionality within Sage to calculate average earnings for weekly pay and not monthly pay. Is this something which will become available for monthly payroll?

Sage automatically sorts the departments by number but not in numerical order i.e 1,2,3. It does 1, 10 to 19, then 2 etc. Need to be able to sort by department name ie alphabectically.
