If you have an ex-employee returning to the business using the same email address, it does not allow to use the same emails address previously used to upload payslips without doing a work around which doesn’t always work and takes so much more time and effort.
It should just recognise the email as it being the same person.
Also employees who move between company should be able to access all payslip on the sage portal.
