When adding and uploading Company Documents to the online portal, this feature is generally used for approval from a third party user. Currently I have to 1. upload document, 2. Log into Online services, 3. Click to pending docs, then 4. release documents. Thats 4 steps. Why not just allow an instant release (same as uploading payslips). Thats one step, much more user friendly.
