Some Chinese names are in 2 parts such as Song Fu Chen. Song Fu being the 1st name rather than the 1st and middle. Chen being the surname.
The payslips show their names correctly, but the P60 does not. It shows the 1st part of their name Song and their surname Chen.
As the P60 is an official document and is sometimes required for checking with HMRC for visas/etc, not having their correct name showing is an issue.
