Many of our clients have factored rates for overtime for example, 1.33, 1.5, x2 etc, which we would like to factor to their basic hourly rate, especially when they are due a payrise. However their pension scheme is salary sacrifice on QE. However, when you factor a pay elements you cannot then select it as salary sacrifice' able. For now, we cannot therefore factor the overtime rates and have to manually check and update them in line with the basic rate. By being able to salary sacrifice factored pay elements we would save a lot of time and reduce risk of human error
