Individual P45s can be sent via email with a password but at the end of each summer I have over 300 P45s to send after the October payroll, currently they are sent out by post. Having the ability to publish them in the same way as payslips would save a lot of time and stop any ex-employees complaining about not receiving their them. Currently it is not possible to send large quantities of P45s individually via e-mail with the correct security.
