System crashes if you have lots of employees letters to upload, time consuming and so many letters have been missed being sent

this would allow 100% holiday fund to be add automatically and save time and reduce risk of error

this feature would be useful as i dont need glasses but the text on payroll and accounts is very small on the screen and there is no way to increase it unlike other programs this does cause unnecessary eye strain.

if i have done a back up and them quit the program, why am i asked to back up, when i have already done so? Cant the system know that there hasnt been any changes since the last back up, so i dont need to do a redundant back up?

Whenever I do a nominal link, it ALWAYS defaults to xml. However i am always exporting as a pdf. Why cant it be preset to pdf? I do 25+ payrolls and each time I do a nominal link I have to ammend the output to pdf. To preset this to pdf would save...

When we do a back up, can it be automatically uploaded to the cloud?

i logged on here and was sent a passcode. fair enough. I went back to this website and had to log in again and was sent another passcode. I hadnt left the desk, so why do i have to prove who i am again?

If we must have captcha can we make them easier and a one off. We dont all know what american buses or fire hydrants look like. Please make it on one screen only and english based
