We don't have a server to save documents or systems, only have Teams for documents and most systems we use are on the web. Colleagues can't access Payroll as it's on my laptop, if it was cloud based then they could.

i dont want a p45 or pension letter published before the payslip of that period so want to beable to set it to publish at the same time as the payslip

to use sage you already have to enter a password so having to log into the sage site for pension is annoying especially as it does not remember the credentials
