I certainly agree to this. Especially all pension providers actually give you calculations based on the employer NI savings being passed onto the employee.
It woud be good to have a feature to calculate the ER NI savings (on a salary sacrifice pension scheme) and then choose a % to pass to the employee. Rather than having to calculate this manually outside of the software. Is that possible and is this what the original post is suggesting?
