As this is an option of salary sacrifice pensions, it surely makes sense to have the option in the form of a tick box instead of the four page manual method? Anything manual is likely to have errors, particularly when there are a lot of staff involved. This will add time to the payroll process every montht too. It's really not ideal.

I would also like this option. As an employer of nearly 200 staff, the current process is extremely manual and time consuming.
