If company are on a salary sacrifice pension and want to share their Employer NIC savings via increased ER contribution, other software providers have a tick box so this is automatically added. We have to spend hours manually calculating this on Sage 50 currently.
This same issue causes me a huge headache as a number of our businesses pass on 100% of the Employer NIC savings generated from pension salary sacrifice in the form of an increase in Employers pension contributions. It involves manually changing the employer percentage. Surely this must be on Sage's radar. In the 20 plus years I have used Sage payroll this issue has never been addressed.
