Minimum Wage Check for fixed Salaries

Current, although you have the tick box to run a minimum wage check, this will only work for employees that do not have a "fixed Salary". This is obviously open to errors for employers paying minimum wage. A simple upgrade to include the calculation based on information entered within an employees record would ensure that employers are compliant with legislation and save valuable time when processing payrolls especially when you have multiple payrolls to run.

A manual calculation that needs to be done currently is Annual Fixed Salary / weeks worked per year / hours worked per week. The software already has an area to enter 2 of these requirements (fixed salary & hours pw) therefore the only requirement would be somewhere to record weeks per year and then add in the formula for the calculation to run each pay period.
