Please can you escalate this ASAP, I have had the problem of not realising I had to manually adjust the Employer Pension amount when setting up SMP for An employee, and have had to go back and adjust after SMP finished. An alert when setting up SMP is a must for users that do not know
Please could you escalate this and look into putting an alert or prompt in the software that employer pension should be adjusted to reflect their pay before maternity leave. Thank you
