To be able to run a report to calculate holiday top up for regular overtime

Currently i have to run a 52 week average report to get weekly amt this is wrong for anyone that hasn't got 52 weeks employment so have to look at dates and divide by weeks they worked then divide again by 5 for daily ave then run a holiday report to see who has taken holiday and pay the daily rate for each day of holiday. This needs to be automated in line with legislation because our staff are salaried and not hourly paid.
