Move the tick box for "Apply minimum wage check" to the Employee Wizard stage, so when enrolling an employee you can tick it straight away, rather than having to do it afterwards. Or just make it an automatic thing the software checks for so it is applied to all employees regardless of their age or pay and doesn't rely on someone ticking a box.
