Could historical contracted hours be stored for each processing period (perhaps in EmployeeHistory) so this is available in Report Designer? Employee's contracted hours change over time, some go part time, move departments (with different hrs) etc, and it would be useful to export for use in spreadsheets that record and summarise contracted hours by department and shift.
I also record each employee's shift in the Analysis 1 field - could this also be stored each processing period and made available in report designer?
Basically I want to export for each processing period Processing Date, Employee Ref, Dept Ref, Cost Centre Ref, Contracted Hrs and Analysis 1 fields. I can do week by week going forward but can't get historical data which is needed.
