Allow unused pay elements to be archived
We have multiple pay elements (over 60) and have to look through them all when assigning a pay element to an employee. This is time consuming and not user friendly. Allowing them to be in an order of our choosing would also really help as we like ...

Report showing pay increases by employee/date
I'm often asked " when did X last get a payrise?" Running the pay type history report is a long winded way to get this information. A report showing EE name, pay rate and date applied from would be very useful

Departments in Alphabetical order
Sage automatically sorts the departments by number but not in numerical order i.e 1,2,3. It does 1, 10 to 19, then 2 etc. Need to be able to sort by department name ie alphabectically.

When changing Pay elements rates to be imported and the rate stays in the Payroll Record
This would be very useful as when changing Pay when Pay rises are done August and September every year. I can't take holidays as I have 350 employees to change and some employees may have 6 pay elements. A lot of work.
